Hello. I'm Adrian.
I’ve spent the last 20 years starting, managing and leading ambitious small businesses in the outdoor and adventure travel industry.
Along the way, I’ve safely delivered operationally complex expeditions for more than 8000 young people to over 25 countries worldwide. I've led businesses and teams through periods of significant growth and multiple crises.
